SA-94-56 OF WESTERN <br /> TOMATO, INC. (C/O RAYMOND GREER CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to construct a <br /> 17 , 600-square-foot tomato de-greening building at an existing <br /> packing facility, which is comprised of a 25 , 000-square-foot <br /> building, railroad spur lines, and loading docks. The subject <br /> parcel is located on the south side of Harding Way, 230 feet west <br /> of Golden Gate Avenue, in east Stockton. The facility is proposed <br /> to be served by the Cal Water and on-site sewage disposal and storm <br /> water drainage retention facilities. The project site is located <br /> in the Enterprise Zone. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval shall be for the construction of a 17 , 600- <br /> square-foot tomato de-greening building at an existing <br /> packing facility. <br />
