SA-94-56 OF WESTERN TOMATO, INC. (C/O RAYMOND GREER CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. ) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Site Approval application to construct a 17 , 600-square-foot tomato de-greening building at an existing packing facility, which is comprised of a 25 , 000-square-foot building, railroad spur lines, and loading docks. The subject parcel is located on the south side of Harding Way, 230 feet west of Golden Gate Avenue, in east Stockton. The facility is proposed to be served by the Cal Water and on-site sewage disposal and storm water drainage retention facilities. The project site is located in the Enterprise Zone. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval . Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval : 1.
