Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-94-56 <br /> h. One (1) truck parking and loading space shall be provided <br /> for the approved use. The space shall be a minimum of 25 <br /> feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a <br /> minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of the loading <br /> space as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. (Section 9-1015. 6) Details shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> i. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted <br /> for the approved use; only one of which may be a <br /> freestanding sign. Existing and proposed sign details <br /> shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> j . A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting <br /> the ultimate right-of-way width, shall be installed <br /> across the site' s frontage on Harding Way. The strip <br /> shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways, <br /> walkways, and existing development. All areas not used <br /> for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.9) Landscape details shall be <br /> consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the Development Title <br /> and be included on the Improvement Plan. Undeveloped <br /> portions of the project site shall be maintained to <br /> prevent the creation of dust or erosion and shall not <br /> become a health hazard. <br /> k. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with <br /> solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the <br /> fourth side. (Development Title Section 9-1022 . 4{e} {41 ) <br /> Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and the <br /> enclosure shall be installed prior to issuance of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 1. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5{g} of <br /> the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to <br /> confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted, except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorist.
