Harding Way, Stockton APN: 101-210-04 &101-220-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 32 feet NGVD. <br /> Harding Way has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet <br /> Budiselich Road has an existing right-of-way width of 5feet west of centerline and an existing right-of-way width <br /> of 35feet east of centerline,with a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or <br /> deem complete the application for this project: <br /> I. A traffic study shall be required to determine the impacts and mitigation of the proposed project. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs,as estimated by the Department of <br /> Public Works Transportation Planning Division, prior of Department of Public Works preparing or <br /> contracting for the required study. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 2. Provide a letter requesting designation of the proposed facility as an STAA terminal. <br />
