THE PROJECT SITE IS <br /> LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HARLAN ROAD, ONE-HALF MILE NORTH <br /> OF ROTH ROAD, SOUTH OF FRENCH CAMP IN THE ENTERPRISE ZONE, <br /> APN: 193-270-02 ; 10182 SOUTH HARLAN ROAD, FRENCH CAMP, <br /> (DISTRICT 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: Phillip Muller APN: 193-270-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105 , Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219 , telephone <br /> (415) 923 -7186 . The re-evaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 55 to 70 feet and <br /> a planned right-of-way the width of the same . <br /> Bowman Road east from Harlan Road is a Private Road and its <br /> richt-of-way cannot be determined. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> _ . -ncroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way.
