APN: 193-270-16 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 55 to 70 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
