State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> / (ORD/EHD) <br /> V E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-11103 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R,Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
