-3- 9- LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. Three (3) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot of'Operation A' and two (2) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking area of 'Operation B'. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide pianting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected between the project and the existing residential uses at the northwest comer of the property. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e](11) j. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: (1) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) feet. (2) All fencing shall comply with Development Title Section 9-1022. k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: (1) For property abutting area devekped residentially, zoned for residential use, or shown as a residential designation on the general Plan Map, noise levels at the property line shall not exceed 65 db Ldn.
