-3- <br /> 9- LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according the standards <br /> set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded <br /> from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title. Three (3) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot of'Operation A' and two (2) trees shall be planted, <br /> evenly spaced throughout the parking area of 'Operation B'. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At <br /> a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide pianting strip is required along adjacent <br /> streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways <br /> and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected <br /> between the project and the existing residential uses at the northwest comer <br /> of the property. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e](11) <br /> j. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty <br /> five (65) feet. <br /> (2) All fencing shall comply with Development Title Section 9-1022. <br /> k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) For property abutting area devekped residentially, zoned for residential <br /> use, or shown as a residential designation on the general Plan Map, noise <br /> levels at the property line shall not exceed 65 db Ldn. (Development Titre <br /> Section 9-1025.9[a][1]) <br />
