(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) One parking space shall be provided for each of the one-hundred (100) approved <br /> trucks. Details shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (5) Each truck parking space shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum fifteen (15) <br /> feet wide and twenty-five (25) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) <br /> (6) All automobile parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five (55) feet wide. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. All lighting shall conform to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of <br /> the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spill-over <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a <br /> ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along Harlan Road . The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> i. SIGNS: Signs shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which may be a free-standing sign, <br /> shall be permitted for the approved use. Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter <br /> 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (2) Pole signs shall not exceed sixty (60) square feet per sign face, and monument signs <br /> shall not exceed eighty (80) feet per sign face.
