Beneto, et al APN: 193-330-28 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$160.04 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit.
