The person writing the mitigation must make certain that all <br /> of the required mitigation measure can be implemented,thus approval from Caltrans of <br /> the mitigation measures is important We don't want mitigation measures that can't be <br /> implemented- <br /> 6. <br /> mplemented6. The traffic study needs to address the timing of when the improvements need to occur <br /> and what improvements must be installed prior to operating the proposed new facility. <br /> 7.
