SA-96-40 OF STEPHEN BENETO (C/O CENTRAL CALIF. KENWORTH) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The applicant is proposing a 65 foot high pole sign with 250 square feet of area per sign face. The site is located on the northeast corner of Roth Road and Harlan Road, south of French Camp. The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following recommendations: Site Approval Application No. ^C was approved by the Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of approval is ^C. This approval will expire on "C, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply. 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a pole sign as shown on the Plan submitted July 10, 1996 . (1) The sign shall be no greater than 38 feet in height. (2) The area of the sign shall be no greater than 250 square feet per sign face.
