SA-96-40 OF STEPHEN BENETO <br /> (C/O CENTRAL CALIF. KENWORTH) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is proposing a 65 foot high pole sign with 250 <br /> square feet of area per sign face. The site is located on the <br /> northeast corner of Roth Road and Harlan Road, south of French <br /> Camp. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following recommendations: <br /> Site Approval Application No. ^C was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on ^C. The effective date of approval is <br /> ^C. This approval will expire on "C, which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have <br /> been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler <br /> Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a pole sign as shown on <br /> the Plan submitted July 10, 1996 . <br /> (1) The sign shall be no greater than 38 feet in height. <br /> (2) The area of the sign shall be no greater than 250 <br /> square feet per sign face. <br />
