Landscaping shall comply with the requirements of Sections 9-1020.9(a) and 9-1020.6 of <br /> the Development Title. Areas which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic. <br /> I. A maximum of one pole sign is permitted. Other signs may be permitted pursuant to the <br /> Sign Regulations of the Development Title. (Development Title Section 9-1700) <br /> M. A Business License is required prior to the initiation of each use. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Code) <br /> n. Submit an Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading. Storm drainage runoff shall be <br /> retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR, Title <br /> 24) <br /> (2) The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more <br /> floor drains that shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Health Division) before submittal to this Division for permits, and it shall meet all <br /> the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> P. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the UBC, Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels.
