PAGE THREE <br /> SA-90-14 <br /> C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> 3. The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space (s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C .A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Identification signs for the parking space( s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible .from each space (C .A.C . . <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> Y <br /> C. The slope of the parking space (s ) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> 4. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for struc-tures located within the 100 year <br /> flood zone . <br /> SHARP ARMY DEPOT , DEPARTMENT UE THE ARMY <br /> 1 . Reflective roofs and visual distractions to pilots shall not <br /> be allowed. <br /> 2. An Avigation and Hazard Easement shall be granted to the <br /> United States Government . <br /> NOTE: A copy of the letter received from Sharp Army Depot is <br /> enclosed for your review. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . This approval shall only be for the storage of equipment , <br /> vehicles and materials associated with the operation of the <br /> contractor `s business . There shall be no contracting <br /> operations conducted on the parcel . <br />
