PAGE TWO <br /> SA--90-14 <br /> 2 . State on the Improvement Plans that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or <br /> used as a storage area . This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines . <br /> 3. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Regional Water Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region. The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> inocvrpdrated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line shall <br /> be of one-hour , fire-resistive construction. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> C. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator . The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Local Health District <br /> before submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006(l ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br />
