BOX 8402 PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Santa Cruz, CA 95061 <br /> Re: Site Application SA-90-14 Conditions of Approval <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> in re9ponse to a phone c v r9atim with Mr. §mith on fiber 19,1990, the Planning <br /> Division has reviewed the status of your compliance with the conditions of approval <br /> given by the San Joaquin Planning Division on October 31, 1989. <br /> The following is a list of conditions that have been met at this time: <br /> 1) Submittal and approval an Improvement Plan by a registered Civil Engineer to the <br /> San Joaquin County Planning Division. <br /> 2) Payment of the Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee of$4,323.00 to the San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Division. <br /> 3) Submittal of a Grading Plan to the City of Lathrop Building Division. <br /> 4) Submittal and approval of an Avigation and Hazard Easement granted to the United <br /> States Government (Sharpe Army Depot). <br /> ` The following is a list of conditions that have not been at this time and must be met <br /> prior to the permitted use being allowed on the premises and .6V or to the issuance of <br /> building permits; this requirement as per Section 9-2124 of the City of Lathrop Planning <br /> 1) Submittal of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement or actual frontage <br /> improvements for Harlan Road. (Public Works - Engineering) <br /> 2) Encroachment Permit for any work done in a public right-of-way if actual frontage <br /> improvements are to be done.
