CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-90-39 <br /> C . LAMONT HUNTER <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . The frontage improvements for Harlan Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60-foot right-of-way urban street and <br /> frontage improvements for Schilling Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one--half <br /> of 50-foot right-of-way urban street . The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreements prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map . (A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing per <br /> Ord . No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and an Engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the <br /> required frontage Improvements on a form to be supplied <br /> by the Public Works Department. ) <br /> 2 . Requirements for construction of the improvements shall <br /> be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map . <br />
