ORDINANCE REQUTREMENTS <br /> C. LAMONT HUNTER <br /> MS .90--39 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> 2 . Dedication of a 20 ' X 20 ' road return ( snipe ) is <br /> required at the corner of Harlan Road and Schilling <br /> Road . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved public water_ supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve latter is required form the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> propose project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 . Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of <br /> all demolition material from premises to an approved <br /> landfill site is required . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> I . The existing storage building shall be removed from the <br /> property prior to recordation of the Final Parcel Map. <br /> NOTE : Future construction of the Parcels shall conform to the <br /> Flood Prevention Ordinance of the Planning Title . <br />
