Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to d evelopment (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> B. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> C. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> D. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sandfoil separator a nd discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$210.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The existing on site wastewater disposal system(s) is approved for use where the discharge <br /> will be limited to domestic waste only. <br /> The disposal of any hazardous materials including, paint, solvents, petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> based chemicals, and any other associated materials used in the process of grain oil extraction <br /> into the waste water disposal system(s) is strictly prohibited. <br />
