The project is to be competed in two phases. Phase I will <br /> process approximately 25 tons of corn germ per day. Phase I will produce approximately 1 l tons <br /> of corn oil and 14 tons of corn germ meal per day. Phase lI to be completed in five years. Phase II <br /> will process up to 100 tons of corn germ per day yielding 44 tons of corn oil and 56 tons of corn <br /> germ meal per day; located on the east side of Harlan Road, 2,300 feet south of Mathews Road, <br /> south of Stockton.
