Access from Harlan Road to Transportation Court should provide a deceleration lane for the northbound <br /> traffic and left-turn storage lane for the southbound traffic. Design should be per Highway Design <br /> Manual with respect to traffic demand to the site. Plans to be submitted for Public Work's review. <br /> 2. Applicant shall provide a written statement as to whether the proposed operations will involve the use of <br /> Surface Transportation Assistance Act(STAA)type trucks. STAA type trucks will be prohibited access <br /> to the site until designation of the site as a terminal access facility is obtained through Department of <br /> Public Works Traffic Engineering Division. <br /> 3-. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The frontage improvement for Harlan Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> of a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A$325.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and <br /> an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will Prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$524.61 per truck parking in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to beginning any construction. <br />
