Harlan Road, French Camp <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. This study must be submitted and approved prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> lC/ $475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the water <br /> supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that <br /> the system meets State standards prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> C. Construction of sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the EHD is required <br /> at the time of development based on the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> Note: If the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings indicate the special design or location of the <br /> sewage disposal systems, applicant is required to submit a revised site plans prior to issuance <br /> of building permit(s). The revised site plans shall indicate the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for the maximum number of employees and customers, met the EHD Sewage <br /> Standard, and is barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In <br /> addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area.
