Harlan Road, French Camp The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. This study must be submitted and approved prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of lC/ $475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). C. Construction of sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the EHD is required at the time of development based on the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). Note: If the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings indicate the special design or location of the sewage disposal systems, applicant is required to submit a revised site plans prior to issuance of building permit(s). The revised site plans shall indicate the sewage disposal system is being designed for the maximum number of employees and customers, met the EHD Sewage Standard, and is barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. A $190.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. MH:tl
