D. If floor drains are requirerthey must be plumbed through a sand/off separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the EHD. A registered engineer must design this <br /> system. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A $190.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> E. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The EHD (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> F. If hazardous waste is generated, application must submit application for a hazardous waste <br /> permit from the EHD and obtain an EPA identification number from State of California <br /> Department of Toxic Substance Control. <br />
