Harlan Road APN: 193-270-17 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harlan Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,502 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service Commercial in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 3.
