The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$623 per 1,000 gross square foot <br /> of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January I of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and <br /> Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7.
