A <br /> residence and a barn appear on the property. <br /> In the 1963 photo, additional structures are located near the previous barn. The northwest <br /> potion of the subject property appears to be vineyard. To the west a residence has been built. <br /> In the 1975 photo, the subject property and vicinity are similar to the previous photo. <br /> In the 1983 photo, residences appear to the east of Highway 88. The entire portion of the <br /> subject property appears to be vineyard. The subject property and vicinity otherwise are similar <br /> to the previous photo. <br /> In the 2002 photo, the southeast portion of the property no longer appears to be vineyard. The <br /> subject property and vicinity otherwise are similar to the previous photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Waterloo, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1968, was obtained from <br /> Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1968 map, the subject property is depicted as agricultural land; the northern portion is <br /> depicted as vineyards. Two structures are located on the property. The property is depicted <br /> approximately 65-70 feet above mean sea level. Harmony Grove School is depicted to the east <br /> of the property, followed by Highway 88. To the north is Harney Lane followed by agricultural <br /> land. To the west is agricultural land and a residence. To the south is a creek. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Louise Woehl, daughter of the <br /> owner of the subject property, on January 2, 2008. A copy of the responses has been included <br /> in this report as Appendix D. <br /> In responses to the questionnaire, Ms. Woehl indicated that the property was purchase in 1954. <br /> She indicated that the property was used for a dairy in the 1950s, row crops in the 1960s and <br /> grape vineyard from the 1960s to the present time. The structures on the property were built <br /> in the 1950s.
