ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown own on the Site <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (.16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> departmi?n# access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: <br /> (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be <br /> maintainpd free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to <br /> discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises <br /> shall bemaintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in <br /> coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, closer than 40 feet from any rear or <br /> side property line. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) <br /> j. RIPARIAN IJABITAT: Parallel to the slough, a natural open space area for riparian habitat and <br /> waterway protection shall be maintained to provide nesting and foraging habitat and the protection of <br /> waterway quality. The minimum width of said open space shall be one-hundred (100) feet, <br /> measured from the mean high water level of the natural bank or fifty <br /> (50) feet back rom <br /> riparian habitat, whichever is greater. Water-dependent uses may be permitted in his buffee existing <br /> r. <br /> r <br /> (1) The mean high water level and the edge of the riparian habitat shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. CULTURAL RESOURCES: If, in the course of development, concentrations of prehistoric or <br /> historic-period materials are encountered, all work in the vicinity of the find shall halt until an <br /> archaeologi4ban evaluate the materials and make recommendations for further action.
