I. These conditions are based on the information provided in the application stating that there will be <br /> eight vehicle;trips per day, including employees an customers. Any revision to the stated number of <br /> vehicle trips per day will require reevaluation of the conditions. Special events require a separate <br /> permit. <br /> NOTES. <br /> This property is Subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control <br /> District(209-982=4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. <br /> Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and wetlands are available. <br /> All future building'permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the.time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9,6hapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. As an example,these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot <br /> above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Escotto,468-3443) <br /> a. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to rivironmental Health which indicates that the area is suitable for septic system usage. <br /> The studies r'nust be approved by Environmental Health prior to issuance of building permits <br /> I (Development Title Section 9-1105.2[d]). A review fee of$525.00 must be paid at the time of <br /> i submittal to hnvironmental Health. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for <br /> each parcel.',A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> jnitrates with the results submitted to Environmental Health prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> t Samples are.-to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. Submit a site"Plan or map to Environmental Health showing the existing barn, modular home, and <br /> sewage information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance <br /> j requirements.:; (Development Title Section 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construction�of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Su itabilityl Nitrate Loading Study <br /> findings.
