CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-96-35 JOSE AND MARIA RIOS Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-96-35 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Developmen! Department on January 22, 1997'. The affective date of approval is Februm y 1, 1397. This tentative map approval will expire on February 1, 2000, which Is three years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compiled with and (2) a Parcel Map has been flied with and accepted by the County Surveyor.
