Tully Road has an existing right-of-way width <br /> of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1.
