The Parcel is 1.58 acres in size <br /> (Plate 1). The county application number is P -638. The Site is composed of a sinPA--0-638. gle family <br /> mobile home and a large tent. A small seasonal drainage exists along the southern property <br /> boundary. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,Vernalis <br /> „- Quadrangle,is 95 to 100 feet above mean sea level. The elevation is higher on the south and eastern <br /> sides of the property. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br />+ general agriculture, the minimum parcel size is 40 acres.
