IHRUM/HERUM, CRABTREE,et al). <br /> A Use Permit application for a farm labor complex for 400 single adult farm <br /> laborers. Camp consists of 18 residential buildings,4,800 square foot <br /> maintenance building,300 square foot guard shack and 15,415 square foot <br /> community building and playing fields with soccer and softball. Located on the <br /> south side of Harney Lane, 1,000 feet east of Tully Road,east of Lodi (APN: <br /> 065-040-07;Address: 16450 East Harney Lane, Lodi). <br /> Jeff Fisher,Associate Planner; Aubrey Moore, Architect;Jose Rios, Developer; Steve Herum, Herum, <br /> Crabtree were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Fisher introduced the project. Mr. Fisher reviewed the Community Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Fisher informed the committee that a traffic study was completed, and the traffic study concluded that <br /> project related traffic is not expected to create any significant impacts. <br /> Mr. Herum informed the committee that a comprehensive 24-hour Security Plan was submitted to County <br /> Sheriff. Mr. Herum was informed by the Sheriff s Department that they would be providing him <br /> comments on Friday,November 23, 2001. Mr. Martin indicated that it would read in the staff report as <br /> Sheriff s Conditions of Approval. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Divisions requirements. <br /> Mr. Herum informed staff that his firm has scheduled a community meeting on November 20, 2001at <br /> Antonio's restaurant in Lodi at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Mr. Martin stated that the draft staff report is due on November 9, 2001. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that they would use the description that is in the Development <br /> Committee memo and describes what is being approved in more detail and include that the shop is not for <br /> public use. <br /> Mr. Karam informed the applicants that he will be adding on a condition stating that the developer shall <br /> pay for his fair share for a Traffic Signal at the intersection of Harney Lane and State Highway Route 88. <br /> The fair share amount is 4.4% of$150,000, which amounts to $6,600. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-70 OF KENT RAVERTY. <br /> JJ A Site Approval application for expansion of an existing road oil sales and <br /> spreading business. Buildings to be built in two phases. Phase One will consist <br /> of a 9,600-sq. ft. warehouse and a 6,000-sq. ft. open shed. Phase Two will <br /> consist of constructing a 3,200-sq. ft. office building and a 6,000-sq. ft. <br /> warehouse.
