Gau, Senior Civil Engineer <br /> Public Services Division <br /> SUBJECT : GP-89-8/UP-89-2 Located on the south side of Harney <br /> Lane , southwest of the intersection of Harney Lane and <br /> Atkins Road, east of Lodi . <br /> APPLICANT : San Joaquin County APN: 065-120-02 & 03 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harney Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-Of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works, Public Services Division for approval . <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Harney Lane shall be <br /> constructed to provide a through lane and a right turn <br /> ( stacking ) lane south of the center line of Harney Lane. <br /> 3. A roadway dedication wide enough to allow for the frontage <br /> improvements is required on Harney Lane . <br /> Notes : 1 . Remove sludge-septage under "Class/Wastes Received" <br /> from Attachment A. <br /> 2 . Add the following under permit and agency on page 7 : <br /> Authority to Construct - San Joaquin Local Air Pollution <br /> Control District according to <br /> Rule 426. <br /> Permit to Operate - San Joaquin Local Air Pollution <br /> Control District acoording to <br /> Rule 207 . <br /> C .
