1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 770 acre parcel located at 22751 E. Harney Lane, /; 1 <br /> Lodi, CA. The subject parcel Assessor's Parcel Numbers are 067-040-01, 03, 06, and 07. The 6 �J <br /> project is in an agricultural community and the existing parcel is zoned AG-80. <br /> Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 770 acre parcel into one 690 acre �� 2J <br /> Designated Remainder Parcel and one 80 acre parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). 3� <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Robert Matheson. The owner <br /> was interviewed on May 9, 2012. Robert Matheson has owned the subject parcel for 10+years. <br /> Presently the property is being used primarily for grazing and a small portion is an orchard. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: There is no existing septic system on this <br /> property. No additional septic systems are anticipated at this time. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: No septic permits have been issued. No history of septic 6.3) <br /> repair is available for subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seems to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage (3.to <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, permit <br /> numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general area range in installation �� 5 <br /> y dates from 1965 to 2002. (Copies of permits are in Appendix.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance.
