3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site: There are no homes on the subject parcel. No additional septic systems are <br /> anticipated at this time. However, each proposed parcel is entitled to a primary home and a <br /> _ second unit dwelling. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> _ ground water in this area is 200 feet and the depth to potable water is approximately <br /> 300 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published <br /> Spring, 2012, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District. The J) <br /> f J' <br /> gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area are deemed minimal due to the depths involved. However, as with any 2) <br /> agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the <br /> farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location (well <br /> head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: The Agricultural well onsite was not <br /> accessible for a water sample. There are no domestic wells onsite. Therefore, a water sample was 3) <br /> _ not taken. <br /> 4.4.
