The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access <br /> requirements.A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance.
