Phase One, to be completed in 18 <br /> months, shall include the reconditioning of an existing 800 square-foot patio cover and the construction <br /> of a 516 square-foot wine tasting room expansion to an existing off-site wine cellar building and crush <br /> pad. Phase Two,to be completed in five years, shall include the construction of a 20,000 square-foot <br /> processing and storage building. Phase Three, to be completed in ten years, shall include the <br /> construction of a 20,000 square-foot barrel storage building. Phase Four,to be completed in fifteen <br /> years, shall include the construction of a 20,000 square-foot barrel storage building. Thirty-seven(37) <br /> Marketing Events per year are also proposed,which increases the previously-approved twenty-four <br /> (24)marketing events for the existing off-site wine cellar by thirteen(13)marketing events. The <br /> project site is located on the north side of Harney Lane approximately one-quarter mile west of Alpine <br /> Road, east of Lodi.
