The developer shall meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards to prevent the <br /> increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto other properties and to prevent offsite <br /> sediment transport for each phase of the project. Retention basins, if required, shall be fenced with six(6) <br /> foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required <br /> retention basin capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed <br /> architect and submitted for review and approval along with a drainage plan, prior to release of building <br /> permit for each phase of the project. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions 8-00- <br /> 433) <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects for each phase of the project Final Site <br /> Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. Applicant shall file all Permit Registration Documents(PRDs)with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board(SWRCB)to state the intent to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID) issued by <br /> SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. Additionally, if construction has not been completed <br /> by September of 2012, Low Impact Development(LID)practices and principles shall be followed under the <br /> General Construction Permit(GCP). Contact SWRCB at(916)341-5537 for further information. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
