A copy of theses permits are included in Appendix F of this report. <br /> 3.1.6 Denartment of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> ` The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map W5-3" <br /> was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No <br /> wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 1, 2007. / <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> _ visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a peach orchard with two residences and a garage. <br /> Motor oil stains were observed near the driveway of the residence by the northwest corner of <br /> the property. An above ground storage tank of water used to mix agricultural chemicals was <br /> located near the garage. Several empty beer bottles were located near the garage. An above <br /> ground storage tank was located on a concrete slab by the agricultural pump on the northern <br /> property line. No staining was observed. <br /> Two pole-mounted transformers were observed on the northern property line. One pole- <br /> mounted transformer was located on the northwest corner of the property, and one pole- <br /> mounted transformer was located on the western property line, south of a residence. The two <br /> single pole-mounted transformers had blue PCB-Free stickers. The two transformers along the <br /> northern property line did not have blue PCB-Free stickers. No leaking was observed near the <br /> transformers. <br /> L Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north and <br /> west of the subject property were almond orchards.
