SMH will also record the location of the abandoned well on the final <br /> tract map as recommended by the Department of Conservation in the same letter. As SMH has <br /> done previously in Neighborhood H, SMH will locate the well and confirm that it is not leaking gas. <br /> The exact location of the well will be recorded on the final map, and structures will be sited to <br /> observe the 10 foot no build zone. A Condition of Approval will be attached to the Tentative Map to <br /> address this issue. <br /> Modesto Irrigation District <br /> It is expected that construction of Neighborhoods K and L will occur after construction of <br /> Neighborhood I and J. If this does not happen, new electrical service will be installed using the <br /> backbone of Great Valley Parkway and Central Parkway. <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District <br /> As stated on page 5-37 of the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, District Rule 9510 was <br /> addressed as follows: <br /> 4 <br />
