SMH will also record the location of the abandoned well on the final <br /> tract map as recommended by the Department of Conservation in the same letter. As SMH has <br /> done previously in Neighborhood H, SMH will locate the well and confirm that it is not leaking gas. <br /> The exact location of the well will be recorded on the final map, and structures will be sited to <br /> observe the 10 foot no build zone.
