(LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. DTSC's EnviroStor <br /> database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup <br /> sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and permitted hazardous waste <br /> facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both databases on June 7, 2010 for any listed sites within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, and no <br /> facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> On June 4, 2010, Live Oak reviewed two databases maintained by the EHD, the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated May 5, 2010, and the-Unit IV <br /> Sites (LOP) list, dated May 2010, for surrounding facilities of concern. No fisted <br /> facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby <br /> addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochlo�roP_r_opane(DBCP)- <br /> common ground water contaminants in San Joaquin County. T" o nearby wells we <br /> identified at addresses located within approximate ne-quarter mile o e. D�BCP <br /> was detected in one well at a concentration arts :per billion (ppb); it was not <br /> tec ed in the other well. Nitrate as NO3 was_detected at concentrations of 6.8�and <br /> .0 <br /> parts per million (ppm) within these wells. The Maximum ContaminantALevel <br /> (MCL) set by the US EPA for DBCP is 0.22pppb;,the MCL for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. <br /> 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on June 7, 2010. <br /> No records were identified for the Site addresses. Records on file for the adjacent <br /> PG&E Valley Home Substation, located to the southwest of the Site, indicated that <br /> PCB-containing insulating oil and nitrogen gas are maintained at that facility. <br /> Michelle Halliwell of the, was interviewed by telephone on June 23, 2010. She <br /> indicated at this time thno h zardous materials incident reports are on file in the OES <br /> database for the Site ad ress s or nearby locations on Dodds or Henry Roads. <br /> 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding <br /> any agricultural use of the emical use reports were identified for the Site under <br /> the name of Ray-Mar FaNA�vio tions were on file for the Site. <br /> LOGE1012 Page 5 <br />
