Henry Road <br /> Farmington, CA 95230 <br /> Re: 8800 South Henry Road, PA-03-22 (SA) <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed a Nitrate <br /> Loading Study dated May 25, 2004,by Neil Anderson&Associates, Inc. and has found it <br /> acceptable for all lots. <br /> The installation of the septic system must be under an application permit and inspection approval <br /> by this Department with the permit fee of$320.00. The installation of water wells and pumps <br /> must be under an application permit and inspection approval by this Department with the permit <br /> fee of$275.00. Wells are to have a minimum 100-foot grout seal and be installed according to <br /> San Joaquin County Standards. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable;however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained.
