Please submit a revised plot plan
showing, in addition to the location of the passing percolation test, the location and
configuration of the minimum disposal area determined to be suitable for sewage
disposal based on this test.
The water well testing results in the report establish the requirement for any future water
well(s) installed on the parcels to conform to the San Joaquin County Well Standards.
This project is located in a General Agriculture (AG) zone. This zone was established to preserve
agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises. Properties located near
agricultural operations may be subject to inconveniences or discomforts arising from such operations
including, but not limited to,noise, odors, insects, fumes, dust, the operation of machinery of any
kind during any 24-hour period (including aircraft),the application by spraying or otherwise of
chemical fertilizers, soil amendments, herbicides and pesticides, the storage of livestock feed and
other agricultural commodities and the storage and disposal of manure. The San Joaquin County
Right to Farm Ordinance has recently been enhanced and, effective July 22,2004, states that"San
Joaquin County has determined that inconveniences or discomforts associated with such agricultural
operations or activities shall not be considered to be a nuisance and that residents or users of nearby
property should be prepared to accept such inconvenience or discomfort as a normal and necessary
aspect of living in a county with a strong rural character and an active agricultural sector"
