NW corner Carter and Henry Roads <br /> Farmington, California <br /> APNs: 157-40-19, 21 & 23 <br /> GPE Project No. 440.1 <br /> March 19, 2004 <br /> r <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Geo-Phase Environmental Inc performed a Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessment (ESA) on the subject property (hereinafter called the "Property". <br /> The findings of the assessment are discussed below. <br /> Summary of Phase I ESA <br /> A summary of observations made during the Phase I ESA process is outlined <br /> below: <br /> ` Property Description & Location <br /> The Property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Carter and <br /> ` Henry Roads about 2 miles southeast of the small town of Farmington CA. It <br /> consists of three parcels of hilly agricultural land encompassing about 290 acres. <br /> The site is currently in use as cattle pasture. Adjacent properties have been <br /> developed to rural residential use or are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> Present Use of Property <br /> ►� Present use of the site is as dry and irrigated pasture. The only developed <br /> features on the site are fences, a small, non-permanent corral area and two <br /> water supply wells, both electrically powered. One of these wells is a large <br /> irrigation well. The other is a water supply well used as a drinking water well <br /> for cattle. The other features on the site include various fences and four <br /> drainage ponds.
