Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 5rG_ A. This property is adjacent to an active and permitted dairy and surrounded by agricultural farming. <br /> The future buyers of these parcels shall be advised of normal dairying and farming activity and <br /> (y potential odor and vectors associated with these operations. <br /> JI /g/6 5 B. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 2005 was deemed incomplete. <br /> [/f,/ nor to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> // i- Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> C. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> ,)ate Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br />
