Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 5rG_ A. This property is adjacent to an active and permitted dairy and surrounded by agricultural farming. <br /> The future buyers of these parcels shall be advised of normal dairying and farming activity and <br /> (y potential odor and vectors associated with these operations. <br /> JI /g/6 5 B. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 2005 was deemed incomplete. <br /> [/f,/ nor to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> // i- Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
