Drainage from Parcel 1,2, and 3 shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum depth). <br /> Drainage for each parcel shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer or an architect prior to the <br /> recording of the Parcel Map.The required volume shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> The statement shall read"Drainage from each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin and the <br /> required volume shall be..." (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 4. The tentative Parcel Map does not show an unnamed drainage ditch which runs along the southern <br /> property line. Therefore,prior to recordation of the Parcel Map it shall delineate the unnamed drainage <br /> ditch with a 25-foot building setback from the top of the bank. <br /> 5.
