Other requirements rnay also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. This property is adjacent to an active and permitted dairy and surrounded by agricultural farming. <br /> The future buyers of these parcels shall be advised of normal dairying and farming activity and <br /> potential odor and vectors associated with these operations. <br /> B. The Surfacc Ind Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 2005 was deemed incomplete. <br /> Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submillcd to the Environmental I lealth <br /> Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> C. The Environmental !lealth Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the arca is <br /> suitable for septic lank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development "title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Hcnith Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibrontochloropropane(DBC!') and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Developitient 'I'itle, Section 9-1 1 15.7). <br /> E. Construclion of individual sewage-disposal-systen)(s)under pennit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental I lealth Department is required at the time of development based un the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9.1 110.3 K 9-1110.4). <br /> R Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1 1 15.3). <br />
