Hewitt Road at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD),on November 7,2005. The permit details are - discussed in Section 3.5,below. 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History One septic repair permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on November 7,2005. The permit, stamped May 19,2000,was for the addition of 50 feet of leach line and one 36-inch f 3 diameter by 25 foot deep seepage pit for an existing residential system. This permit has been included in the appendix of this report. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building / ` cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 16 �j•�) septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. The general area consists of rural residential and agricultural parcels. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on November 7, 2005: Table 1.
