i . <br /> Ir November 17,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05152A <br /> L 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Two septic permits were found on file for the address of 333 S. Hewitt Road at the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD),on November 7,2005. The permit details are <br /> - <br /> discussed in Section 3.5,below. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> One septic repair permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on November 7,2005. <br /> The permit, stamped May 19,2000,was for the addition of 50 feet of leach line and one 36-inch f 3 <br /> diameter by 25 foot deep seepage pit for an existing residential system. This permit has been <br /> included in the appendix of this report. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building / <br /> ` cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 16 �j•�) <br /> septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general area consists of rural residential and agricultural parcels. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at <br /> EHD on November 7, 2005: <br /> Table 1. <br /> Vicinity Septic System Permit Summary. <br /> Address,Date Tank Lines, Length,Pits Comments <br /> Capacity /z <br /> 266 S.Hewitt Rd., 1,200 gal Two 90-&leach lines New installation to residence. ` ✓5 <br /> 10/30/70 <br /> 251 S.
