1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 10 acre parcel located at <br /> 333 S. Hewitt Road, Linden, CA. The subject parcel number is 183-320-17. <br /> The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned R/R <br /> _ (Rural Residential). <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 10 acre parcel into <br /> four parcels; (3) 2.3 acre parcels, and a 3.00± acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being <br /> submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> _ environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis) <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Margaret Hepburn. <br /> was interviewed on Mar 2005. Margaret Hepburn has owned the <br /> property for more thanyears. The land use has not changed under her ownership. <br /> Presently the property includes a homesite,horse stables, and pasture. The surrounding �,i) PCZ,�) <br /> properties(north, south, east, and west) are rural residential homes and agriculture land <br /> surrounding them. A dairy is located to the south of the property. <br /> The imminent plans for the property are to divide the property into four parcels. Each new <br /> parcel is a potential homesite. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched <br /> at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on February 25, 2005 (see �� ) <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey was performed on January 27, 2005 by Shaun Mackey of <br /> Dillon&Murphy, as well as interviewing the present owner,Margaret Hepburn on <br /> January 27, 2005 <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potential for <br /> contamination is low.
