d. BUILDING PERMITS/EXISTING MOBILE HOMES: The existing mobile homes on Parcels <br /> 1 and 3 shall be removed or placed on permanent foundations under permit from the Building <br /> Inspection Division. The demolition permit(s) or building permit(s) shall be final prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 2.
