Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10 . 207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-1c and <br /> the Linden-Peters Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit . (Development Title Sections 9-1145 .5 and 9-1150 . 15) <br /> 5 . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a <br /> statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> 6 . Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site and shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135 . 9) <br /> 7 . The frontage improvements for Hewitt Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a fifty-foot <br /> right-of-way rural road. The construction of the frontage improvements <br /> will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $260 . 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240 .2 <br /> in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcel 4 <br /> and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval .
